“Lucy! You got some ‘splainin’ to do!” is what I think of immediately. This is another shot from the Bel-Aire shoot. I called the series “Fresh Prints on the Bel-Aire.” I thought it was rather catchy. Five prints from this series hung in the Azucarera gallery in NYC for a couple months!
A vintage-esque shot styled by Phoebe Teeters. The Bel-Aire was scalding hot after baking in the sun all day. She was a real champ!
PBR. That’s all there is to it.
One of the go go dancers at a party I regularly shoot was wearing some awesome boots and rainbow socks with some dollars sticking out. Thought I’d snap that. Turned out to be a really good shot!
Creepy and beautiful, this is a short sequence of my friend in a very bizzarre suit she bought in Miami. Here the actual frames were shot by Rachel Sowers, I finished it out with cropping, intense spot color post production, and panel sequencing.
As dad was carrying her to the spot where the shoot was to actually commence, I decided to follow along with a wide open aperture and grab some dramatic candids. This one really nailed the mark!
*Gasp!* She seemed to say.
Here’s a cat who wanted to take her own picture. Very Mewspace of you, kitten.
And then before finally going to sleep I will end this string of posts with a really cool perspective shot I did. I was walking around Miami somewhere, no idea where though, and happened to see this building’s entryway. Obviously I couldn’t just let this one go.
